Smoked Mackerel Pâté
4 servings
Ingredients:
- 125g (approx) Smoked mackerel
- 50g Medium Fat Soft Cheese e.g. Philadelphia Light
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Crème fraîche (half fat is fine)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper (plenty)
Instructions:
Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor, adding the black pepper to taste.
Put into a dish, cover with cling film and refrigerate.
