Sardine Pâté
3 – 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tin Sardines in Brine (approx 84g drained weight)
- 35g Medium Fat Cream Cheese e.g. Philadelphia Light
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Crème fraîche (half fat is fine)
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper (plenty)
Instructions:
Drain the Sardines.
Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor, adding the black pepper to taste. Don’t process for too long or it will end up too smooth.
Put into a dish, cover with cling film and refrigerate.
