Smoked Salmon

Ghillies’ Smoked Salmon

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 170 g pack smoked salmon pieces
  • 120 ml soured cream
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • Puree smoked salmon and soured cream in blender or food processor
  • Beat in the rest of the ingredients by hand or use the pulse switch on the processor. You can adjust the seasonings if you like.
  • Spoon into a dish and cover and chill in fridge before serving.
